OEC provides seamless customer support throughout the duration of a project. To insure a successful project we assign a Project Manager to support our sales effort early in the process of order development. Our Project Management team works closely with the client and the client’s A&D firm to analyze the technical aspects of the product application, electrical, data specifications and coordination and logistical activities.
Our Project Managers use Software products. OEC uses an intranet web page for internal communication and customer support for our Sales and Project Management team. As an authorized Steelcase dealer, OEC maintains a staff of factory trained Service personnel to deliver, install and service your facilities
in the
